Responsibilities - Process Optimization: - Design, document, and implement standardized processes for datacenter operations, including incident management, change management, and operational workflows. - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability. - Utilize data-driven insights to streamline operations and reduce operational risks. - Policy Development and Training: - Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to APAC datacenter operations. - Train staff on compliance with requirements, safety protocols, and operational best practices. - Foster a culture of compliance and accountability across the organization. - Risk & Control Management: - Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to security, availability, and data integrity. - Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), access controls, and change management. - Experience in developing and enforcing policies (security, incident response, BCP/DR). - Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with legal, IT, security, and facility management teams to align compliance and process initiatives. - Liaise with regional regulators, auditors, and third-party vendors to ensure adherence to standards. - Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure consistency with corporate policies. - Reporting and Monitoring: - Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and KPIs to track adherence and performance metrics. - Provide regular reports to senior management on compliance status, risks, and process improvements. - Monitor and report on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance in datacenter facilities. - Incident and Risk Management: - Lead investigations into compliance breaches or process failures, implementing corrective actions. - Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for datacenter operations. - Ensure proactive risk management to minimize disruptions to operations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) preferred. - 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or process management in datacenter, IT, or related industries. - Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity, environmental regulations). - Proven experience in process design, optimization, and implementation in complex operational environments. - Familiarity with datacenter standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ISO 27001). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and experience with compliance auditing and reporting tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
