About the Role We are seeking a Sales Service Executive with 2 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical seals rotating equipment or other industrial products The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering on-site technical service and support related to mechanical seals If you are enthusiastic about industrial sales mechanical maintenance and customer support this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic engineering environment Salary 15 000 - 20 000 per month Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for mechanical seals and associated sealing solutions Identify and engage potential customers across sectors such as oil gas chemicals and process industries Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups Negotiate contracts close deals and achieve set sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution delivery and billing Service Responsibilities Perform on-site installation inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical seals Conduct seal failure analysis and diagnose performance issues recommending corrective measures Prepare detailed visit and service reports Provide technical support and product training to clients maintenance personnel Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient post-sales service Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred Experience 2 months to 2 years in industrial product sales and service ideally with exposure to mechanical seals or rotating equipment Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of sealing systems pumps compressors and process equipment Skills Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage field assignments Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and on-site service tasks Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
