Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and best practices. Solid technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project. Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion. Experience with managing both onshore and offshore teams and coordinating remote work across different time zones. Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and creating detailed project documentation. Ability to balance technical and business needs to ensure the best outcomes for both.
