Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing complex IT projects and delivering scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration, coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution, and drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and product teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance with PMO standards.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) or operate within waterfall or hybrid models depending on project needs.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management and delivery.
  • Ensure that technical solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong background in technical delivery.
  • Hands-on experience or solid understanding of one or more technical domains (e.g., software development, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, data systems).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or similar).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
