Job Description Job Title: Country Head - India Location: Mumbai, India Reports To: Global CEO Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership - Define and execute the organization's vision and growth strategy in alignment with global objectives. - Expand the footprint of professional certifications and strengthen the organization's position as a leading standards body in India. Governance & Ethics - Champion a commitment to ethics, integrity, and transparency in all operations and partnerships. - Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintain strong governance standards. Operational Excellence - Drive process-focused operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to global best practices. - Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for sustainable growth. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement - Build and nurture strategic relationships with regulators, financial institutions, universities, and industry associations. - Act as the primary ambassador for the organization, fostering collaboration and trust with partners and members. Talent & Culture - Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant - 15+ years in roles within Accreditation or Education sectors. - Proven track record in Operational Management and Strategic Execution. - 3-5 years in a core leadership role as a Country Head - Strong regulatory and industry network in India. - Exceptional relationship-building skills with regulators, industry bodies, and academic institutions. - Global mindset with excellent communication and thought-leadership skills.
