We're Hiring: Client Service Executive (Client Communication & Relationship Management)

About Us:

Vital20 Communication is a growing creative and marketing agency under Mediaverse Group. We partner with brands to deliver impactful campaigns, designs, and digital solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Service Executive who can manage client communications, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day communication with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and brief internal teams accordingly.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Fresher with good communication skills welcome
- 1–3years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency experience preferred).
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
