Account Management Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Executive based in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will manage client accounts and relationships, create presentations, provide customer service, and account management.

  • Fresh graduates with degrees in Business Administration or related fields are desirable.
  • The candidate will take ownership of key client accounts, following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team.
  • Responsibilities include client coordination, quality-control of projects, and timely delivery.
  • The candidate will receive client briefings, analyze input, and plan pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities.
  • Digital marketing and social media content calendars must be managed every month.
  • Presentation skills are essential for creating strong PowerPoint presentations.
  • Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms & AuraShots are crucial responsibilities.
  • Social media accounts require engaging content and regular updates.
  • Paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms must be run and optimized.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.

Beneficial skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of digital marketing tools, experience in the advertising or media industry, and fluency in multiple languages.
