Network Operations Lead

Your Role - Lead, mentor, and manage the network team to ensure high performance and collaboration with multiple stakeholder - Design & implement LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks. - Implement and monitor network security measures; ensure compliance with standards like ISO and GDPR. - Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues to minimize downtime & lead network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. - Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure firewalls, cloud-native security tools). Your Profile - 12-18 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Network enterprise Datacenter - Monitoring & performance optimization in utilizing tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Cisco NMS to proactively monitor and enhance network performance. - Design and implement secure network architectures including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, firewall policies, security roles and segmentation. - Work closely with IT leadership, business units, and external vendors to align network strategies with organizational goals. - Perform firewall audits, log analysis, and threat monitoring to mitigate security risks.
