**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Join our dynamic IT team as a Network Engineer and play a key role in safeguarding our entire

network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, internet, intranet, and other critical data

communication systems. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a leading global

Fintech, where you will actively participate in the implementation, and operational support for

our extensive technology group.
- The primary function of this position is to monitor, analyze, respond to, and resolve service

outage events mainly originating from LAN/WAN/WIFI networks received from Internal ITmonitored servers/network devices, as well as other infrastructure systems.
- Provide regular updates on incidents while collaborating with other IT areas to detect and

resolve network issues as necessary
- Create, assign, and update incidents using ticketing tools
- Perform first-level troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve network-related

issues
- Work with vendors to resolve issues and manage communications, including coordinating

equipment replacements necessitated by failures or obsolescence.
- Responsible for managing link providers to restore service while enforcing the established

SLAs.
- Ensured the efficient resolution of incidents through the alignment of people, processes,

and technology.
- Responsible for giving efficient resolution on secure networks configuring devices like

Routers, Switches, and AP’s
- Document and maintain knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and

troubleshooting guides for common monitoring issues to enhance and reduce response

times
- Actively participate in various projects while staying updated with trending cutting-edge

technologies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or a

related field.
- + 2-year experience working as NOC Level 1 engineer or similar, level 2 desirable.
- Must have knowledge of Cisco technologies
- Must have knowledge of IP traffic engineering, OSI model, L2/L3 redundancy protocols, Wifi

technology, and WAN connections
- Nice to have knowledge of Fortinet and Juniper technologies
- It’s a Plus to have Cisco CCNA certification, Fortinet NS1, NS2, NS2, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Cisco 4500, 6500, Nexus (2k, 5k, 7k, 9k), 3750, 3850, ASR1K, WLC

5520, WLC 5508, Cisco Flex 9800
- Experience in managing and configuring monitoring systems and tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Availability for on-call support
- Ready to work in a 24*7 Work environment, oversee Network Operations Center (NOC)

operations, and handle incidents.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team, and proficient in

meeting deadlines.
- Manage effective coordination with Onshore team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
