Project: Offshore Projects Job Title: Commissioning & Maintenance Instr. and Contr Technician Location: Worldwide Job Description The Pre-Commissioning Technician is responsible for supporting the execution of pre-commissioning activities on pipelines and process facilities, including cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, and other related operations. The role involves working under the supervision of the Pre-Commissioning Supervisor and Foreman to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of project objectives. - Assist in the preparation and execution of pre-commissioning operations such as: - Pipeline Flooding, Cleaning and Gauging - Hydrotesting and Leak testing - Dewatering and Drying activities - Nitrogen packing and Preservation - Operate and maintain pre-commissioning equipment, including pumps, compressors, dryers, and pigging systems. - Follow work permits, procedures, and safety standards (HSE policies, toolbox talks, risk assessments). - Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance on equipment as required. - Support mobilization, demobilization, and logistics for pre-commissioning equipment and consumables. - Collaborate with supervisors, and other team members to ensure effective execution of activities. - Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
