Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Industry: IT & Non-IT

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations for both IT and Non-IT verticals. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR policies, onboarding procedures, and employee lifecycle management. This is a full-time work-from-office (WFO) role based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Coordinate and conduct the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee engagement, attendance, and leave management.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and practices.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably handling both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong experience in onboarding, employee management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Proficient in HRMS tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in HR or labor laws (preferred but not mandatory).
