Job Description Responsibilities Team Project managementGuide and lead the team engineers and draftsman for day-to-day activities Coordinate with other departments project manager project head client class vendor for technical aspects as per requirement To perform QA QC for prepared drawings calculations reports Prepare System drawings and Design Process flow diagrams Equipment and line sizing Pressure drop calculation for various systems fluids in PipeFlow or similar software Prepare final P ID Prepare purchase specifications of equipment Piping material valve specification Process calculation Pipe stress analysis Perform review Cooling water heat balance LNG Glycol SW NG heat balance Heat mass balance Perform pipe stress analysis review reports using CAESAR Control automation Perform review Control automation philosophy Cause effect matrix HVAC Design Perform review HVAC heat load calculation Duct equipment sizing D ID Reports Perform review Feasibility reports FiFi WID DP2 up gradation BWMP D2 FiFi Manual VECS manual Operation Manual cargo machinery QualificationBE B Tech in Mechanical Marine Engineering or equivalent recognized engineering qualification from a reputed institute PGD in Piping from a reputed institute Desired profile of the candidateMinimum of bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering marine engineering or equivalent recognized engineering qualification additional PGD in piping will be preferred Literate in Microsoft Office suite Able to produce 2D 3D drawings using CAD software Knowledge of basic and detailed engineering design and basic interdisciplinary knowledge Familiar with all major class rules DNV ABS IRS etc and requirements for machinery piping Familiar with Piping and fitting standards Good analytical planning and reporting skills Fluent in English spoken and written
