Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for Ecommerce Growth Manager at HealthSense.
Role Objective:
Drive revenue growth and profitability of the eCommerce business by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing performance metrics, and executing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute growth strategies using data-driven decision-making.
Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions based on performance analytics.
Forecast sales and demand trends to ensure inventory alignment with business goals.
Monitor and improve key ecommerce KPIs (GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CLV, etc.).
Identify high-performing products and categories to drive incremental sales.
Implement A/B testing strategies for product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
Enhance user experience by analyzing drop-off points and optimizing website/app performance.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize digital ad spend for maximum ROI.
Analyze advertising performance across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, etc.).
Develop targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and purchase behavior.
Continuously monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and strategies to stay ahead.
Implement dynamic pricing models to enhance margins and competitiveness.
Evaluate marketplace trends and customer demand to adjust product positioning.
