Job Overview

We are seeking a Growth Specialist to drive the growth of our eCommerce platform in India. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase customer conversions, coordinate with product and performance marketing teams, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of growth hacks, optimize sales funnels to improve customer acquisition and retention, handle a small team of inside sales professionals, and ensure monthly revenue goals are met. Experience in managing other ecommerce portals is a plus.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in sales and optimizing sales funnels
  • Effective sales funnel conversion skills, including direct end-customer sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
  • Passion for coffee and the coffee industry
  • Experience working with a CPG brand
