- Executive Sr Executive - Accounts Job Location - Gandhidham Head Office Job Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally GST and TDS The ideal candidate should have excellent accounting and analytical skills along with a pleasant personality and good communication abilities to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP Tally Prime Record and maintain accurate journal entries ledgers and bank reconciliations Handle accounts payable and receivable invoice processing and vendor reconciliation Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc maintain input output tax records Ensure TDS deduction deposit and return filing as per statutory compliance Assist in finalization of accounts coordination with auditors and preparation of financial statements Maintain petty cash expense statements and other related financial documents Support in MIS reporting budget preparation and variance analysis Communicate effectively with vendors clients and internal teams regarding payments and accounts clarifications Stay updated on changes in tax laws accounting standards and compliance requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Accounting Finance B Com M Com or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation Proficiency in Tally ERP Tally Prime MS Excel and other accounting tools Strong knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliances Good command over English and local language verbal written Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational abilities Positive attitude and professional personality suitable for client-facing interactions Job Type Full-time Pay 29 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
