We are a leading Transportation and Logistics company in India and are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Accountant to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records This is a high-priority position for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to our company s financial health Executive Accountant Company Name Your Company Name Location Meghpar Mithirod Gujarat Department Accounts Position Executive Accountant Experience 3 - 6 Years Qualification Graduate or higher Positions Available 3 Salary 20 000 - 50 000 per month Job Type Full-Time Priority High About the Role We are a leading medicine manufacturing company in India and are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Accountant to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records This is a high-priority position for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to our company s financial health Key Responsibilities Financial Management Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records including ledger accounts profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Taxation and Compliance Manage and ensure timely submission of all statutory taxes including Goods and Services Tax GST Tax Deducted at Source TDS and other relevant direct and indirect taxes Accounts Reconciliation Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts accounts payable and accounts receivable to identify and resolve discrepancies Audit Support Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors Invoicing and Payments Handle the processing of invoices manage vendor payments and ensure timely collection of payments from clients Reporting Generate and analyze financial reports to support management in strategic decision-making and forecasting Payroll Administration Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations Required Skills and Qualifications Education A bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or a related field is a minimum requirement A master s degree or professional certification like CA-Inter is a plus Experience A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of hands-on experience in an accounting role Experience within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable Technical Skills Tally ERP 9 Proficiency Must have strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9 for accounting financial management and tax compliance MS Office Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data analysis Accounting Principles A solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and financial regulations Soft Skills Attention to Detail Meticulous and highly accurate in all tasks Problem-Solving Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues efficiently Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills Teamwork A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with various departments Job Type Full-time Pay 20 141 96 - 48 651 90 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
