Responsibilities:

- Proven experience of a min of 2+ yrs as an Executive Assistant to C-Level suite with Global experience.
- Working experience in global companies, handling senior leadership in a global company set up.
- Excellent calendar management skills across time zones.
- Manage both domestic and international travel arrangements for the Leadership Team (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
- Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in a dynamic workplace.
- Ability to effectively deal with a broad range of contacts and personalities – internal and external.
- High level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks with minimal guidance and extremely thorough with a high level of attention to detail and quality; timely follow up.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Manage office Administrative Support:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.

Operations Management:

- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Monitor office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
