pivotal role in shaping the future of REA s cutting-edge products You ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to craft build and enhance solutions aimed at delivering outstanding user experiences The purpose of the Property Data Falcon team in PropTrack is to manage and enhance the core property data services This includes the Property Data API Suite comprising the property data aggregation API PDAPI and market insights API MIAPI The squad is responsible for the smooth deployment monitoring and maintenance of these APIs as well as enhancing API observability logging and monitoring They handle incident management and work with stakeholders to maintain service level agreements SLAs ensuring the reliability of the property data services Additionally the Falcon squad performs low-complexity data processing and transformation tasks and exercises due diligence in verifying the data received as part of the data portfolio This is your chance to work on impactful projects that drive customer satisfaction and company growth You ll work with cutting-edge technologies alongside talented individuals from diverse backgrounds fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment While no two days are likely to be the same your typical responsibilities will include Work closely with product teams and data users to translate user needs into technical specifications ensuring solutions meet user requirements Collaborate closely with a variety of teammates to build features brainstorm system design concepts and develop interactive prototypes Work within value-driven teams to craft data backend innovative customer experiences Foster a well-connected and knowledgeable team by sharing knowledge appropriately with colleagues and contributing to the technical roadmap Work towards shared team goals and contribute to successful project delivery Collaborate with team leads to define advocate and embody best practices within the team like writing clean and reusable code using TDD pair programming and design patterns Actively participate in pairing code reviews unit testing and secure deployments to deliver secure and quality code Stay updated on the latest development trends and apply them to solve complex challenges Take ownership and accountability of deliverables Mentor other team members Who we are looking for Well-versed in SQL and Python Experience working with databases data platform and DBT Data Building Tools Experience with Big Query Comfortable with Agile and or Continuous Delivery methodologies Good awareness of TDD CI CD approaches and tools Someone who demonstrates a commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail in code and documentation Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams Someone who approaches problems with a solutions-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment A life-long learner someone who is eager to stay updated on the latest web development trends
