JOB DESCRIPTION I JOB DETAILS Job Title Assistant Manager Deputy Manager Business Analyst - Sales Marketing Reporting Supervisor Sr Manager - Sales Marketing II JOB PURPOSE To efficiently manage all data collation simulations for data analytics and preparing key insights from the data III KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities Track and monitor key operational and financial data points Prepare maintain and update daily weekly monthly MIS reports accurately and within timelines Hands-on experience of advanced excel and Power BI Proactively support channels with timely revenue reports and keep track of target vs achievements Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions Prepare daily monthly lead reports to analyze trends of different channels Work closely with MIS teams from units and HO for effective data collection at central level Maintains database by entering verifying and backing up data Create and manage operational dashboards across business verticals Support management with data requirements and data-driven insights Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses Increases productivity by developing automated daily monthly reports Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed IV KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables Timely and accurate MIS generation Proactive in acquiring handling data Attention to detail with ability to handle large sets of data Strong communication and coordination skills V JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications Any Graduate Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Project Deliveries Healthcare experience will be preferred Behavioural Skills Effective Communication Time Management Work Planning Interpersonal Skills Teamwork Collaboration Analytical skills Technical Skills Advanced Excel Power BI Collation and compilation of Data from various sources Good hold on MS Office Worksheets and Databases Business Acumen Language Skills English Hindi VI KEY INTERACTIONS Key Internal Contacts Key External Contacts GM DGM - Sales Marketing Head - Marketing All Concerned departments Doctors Hospitals Unit Sales Marketing Teams
