Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst and Planner located in Mohpa. The Financial Analyst and Planner will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, forecasting, budgeting, and creating models to guide business decisions. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting financial planning, monitoring financial performance, and recommending improvements based on data analysis to support strategic business goals. Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial data analysis and forecasting. - Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and financial reporting. - Experience with tools and software for data analysis and financial planning, such as Excel or financial planning software. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial findings effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in an on-site setting. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. - Prior experience in financial planning and analysis in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
