Financial Analyst PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.The Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and processing payroll, and reconciling bank statements. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and making recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
