Job Opportunity Sr Manager IT BangaloreA leading organization in the food services and hospitality domain is looking for a Senior Manager IT to join its team in Bangalore This role involves managing internal IT operations coordinating with third-party vendors and driving application and platform integrations including ERP HRMS and SAP modules Purpose of the Role To lead the IT function ensure smooth implementation and support of applications and systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners for digital transformation initiatives Key Responsibilities Primary Manage mobile applications platform including integration and performance Ensure effective design and development of mobile applications Oversee ERP CRM and HRIS systems including SAP Provide hands-on support with NodeJS MySQL Nginx and both cloud and on-prem hosting Manage services on Azure AWS and Digital Ocean covering IaaS and PaaS Leverage cloud-native DevOps tools and practices Coordinate mobile app development across Android and iOS platforms Maintain robust application security posture Handle IT asset and inventory management Act as the primary escalation point for app-related issues employee client-facing Collaborate with IT vendors for issue resolution and performance improvement Support management in generating reports dashboards and application enhancements Lead and support enterprise-wide application systems Secondary Lead IT business projects and partner in process optimization Oversee hardware networking and server infrastructure with support team to ensure business continuity Required Qualifications Bachelors degree BE BTech in Computer Science or a related field Experience Skills 5 years of experience in app architecture development and vendor management Proven exposure to enterprise applications like ERP CRM and HRIS Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach Fluency in English Job Type Full-time Location Bangalore Category ITIf you re ready to take ownership of strategic IT initiatives and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business we invite you to apply
