to making our customers successful by driving the future of payments As a Sr Program Manager you can help make possibilities happen Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Organize and coordinate customer facing or internal programs in accordance with ACI project management methodology while ensuring the business unit s objectives align with the technology solutions Provides strategic guidance to team and project managers in ways that promote ACI s culture while partnering with the customers and or internal partners to build strong cross-functional teams that can work through program challenges Program Management Coordination Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new products systems or upgrade of existing products systems Monitors program from initiation through implementation and delivery and being accountable for planning and directing schedules managing resource needs and monitoring budget spending Performance Metrics Measurement Develops integrated schedule that is inclusive of all program milestones resources and constraints to ensure timely completion of program to achieve ROI Manages program issues and risks technical and non-technical through identification evaluation tracking communication and mediation in an orderly manner and in accordance with ACI project management methodology Dashboard and Reporting Provides dashboard reporting at a program level and leads update meetings Must be an excellent leader and managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner while Managing program scope to ensure what is being delivered is consistent with what was agreed upon with all necessary stakeholders which includes ensuring proper charter and also offers executive dashboard reporting Gantt report of all projects risk dashboard status updates and relevant level information Budgeting Controls Formulates organizes and monitors inter-connected projects and implement suitable strategies Develop and controls deadlines budgets and activities for program Team and stakeholder management Partners with the customers and or internal partners to build strong cross-functional teams that can work through program challenges while facilitating successful negotiations such as resource constraints as appropriate throughout the program Ensures consensus and agreement across customers and or internal partners and project managers Learning and Development Identifies the stakeholders required to participate in Project activities Develops communication plans to facilitate implementation and adoption Creates and delivers project related training Present training courses on measurement analysis improvement and control Collaborative Excellence Oversees the implementation of complex cross departmental programs and dashboarding to the leadership teams while being an evangelis of all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Minimum Qualifications 12-15 years of experience in working in a complex matrixed organization in a fast-paced AGILE environment Strong Project Management experience with a deep understanding of SDLC and business process definition and governance Solid experience in Extreme Agile principles with preferred certification in AGILE practice General knowledge of Payments industry and electronic payment systems will be a big plus Strong Audit and process compliance support experience with focus on governance Excellent communications skills verbal and written with advanced oral presentation and listening skills Proficient in presenting program project updates to Executive leadership in steering committee meetings Experience in achieving goals within timelines and collaboration across cross functional global teams and business units High Proficiency in use of Jira and confluence Highly Desired Qualifications Previous experience in developing payments software solutions Card networks such as VISA MasterCard Discover AMEX JCB etc Business knowledge about card payments industry is a plus Work Experience in Agile Methodology would be preferable Education BE BTech Comp
