The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and ERP-related roles. - Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. - Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks. - Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates technical and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and quality hiring. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. - 25 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. - Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends. - Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in ERPNext recruitment or hiring for ERP-based roles.
