You'll manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding skilled candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for multiple technical roles. - Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals. - Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers. - Track and manage candidate pipelines through the ATS. - Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends and technologies. Requirements: - Experience: 14 years in IT recruitment (domestic/international). - Education: Any graduate (HR or IT background preferred). - Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
