Position Overview

Job Title -KDB+ Developer - AVP

Location - Mumbai, India

- We are building kdb Academy in India to develop and support kdb+/q applications for various domains within the bank (Market Data, Strats, Quants).

Your key responsibilities

- Develop solutions and services for Real-Time and Historical Market Data capture that will support multiple area of the Bank.
- Development and support of the global strategic kdb+ time-series market data platforms
- Work in close partnership with stakeholders from FIC Trading, FIC Strats, GED Strats and Technology sponsors from across the origination to deliver enterprise-wide Market Data solutions.
- Create strategic solutions that consider the risk, benefits, and conflicts of the situation.
- Design elegant solutions to complex problems which satisfy user & non-functional requirements.
- Mentor technology graduates

Your skills and experience

- kdb+/q/kx technology, tick architecture and ideally with exposure to existing projects with large market datasets
- Hands on kdb+/q development experience on time-series market data platforms
- Familiarity with real-time and historical data from vendors such as Refinitiv and Bloomberg
- Good communication skills with abilities to partner and work with global team
