and we ll celebrate the results with you along the way About the roleAs the Attraction and Recruitment Marketing Manager at Reckitt you ll shape the future of our strategy to attract the best talent from around the globe In this role you will take charge over global projects and campaigns with the goal of connecting exceptional people with meaningful work Your direction will ensure our recruitment marketing content has lasting and measurable impact on the recruitment journey If you are ready to inspire and be part of a legacy of growth this opportunity awaits you Your responsibilities Working with TA HR and Corporate Comm s lead Reckitt s recruitment marketing and attraction strategy across the globe to build awareness and reputation that increase followers job views job applications and talent community sign-ups Partner TA teams to produce targeted content plans and build campaigns that deliver against regional employer attraction related needs - both on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis Write compelling copy and identify a creative execution that drives the right outcomes action and applications Respond to external comms releases with additional stakeholder leadership templates posts and content when required Work with agencies and internal contributors employees Leaders ERGS to develop the best content assets and copy for both regional and job functional campaigns always on content Publish a diverse range of creative digital content for career sites Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Glassdoor Indeed and our ATS Ensure all content produced matches Reckitt s brand tone and style Build and maintain regional audience insights and data to make sure all content is strategic and impactful and meets the regional recruitment requirements Identify and share themes across Reckitt our competitors and the industry Analyse and report on the impact of your work -
