We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for the US market, ensuring that we attract top talent to meet our clients needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions.
