About the Role We are seeking an HR Analyst to manage HR data, reporting, and analytics, focusing on people metrics and insights to support data-driven decisions. Roles & Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from systems like HRMS, payroll, and recruitment dashboards. - Drive governance around AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and workforce planning. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking metrics like hiring, attrition, headcount, and engagement. - Provide insights to support workforce planning, PMS, and compensation analysis. - Ensure data accuracy and assist in HR process audits. - Support HR projects through data insights and trend analysis. - Partner with HR and business teams on analytics-driven HR initiatives. Skills & Qualifications - 23 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or MIS. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and working knowledge of HRMS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good understanding of key HR metrics and reporting practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - MBA in HR and Business Analytics; certification in HR Analytics or Power BI is a plus.
