Location Asansol and Siliguri West Bengal Job Type Full-time Note Candidates with prior relevant experience should apply About Us We are a leading insurance WEB-AGGREGATOR form EAST INDIA We re looking forward for CENERGETIC CANDIDATE TO JOIN OUR GROWTH STORY AND TO BUILD THERE CAREER WITH US WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED Area Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City Kolkata Qualification Bachelor s Degree Equivalent with Graduation Key Responsibilities Team Building Management Recruit and manage a team of Relationship Managers Area Managers and Sales Managers Motivate and train the team to achieve sales and performance targets POSP Development Recruit Point of Sale Persons POSPs and drive business generation through them Provide training and support to POSPs for effective sales Sales Leadership Monitor and follow processes to achieve consistent sales performance through the team Drive motor insurance sales focusing on agency channel operations Performance Monitoring Conduct performance reviews for team members to ensure alignment with business goals Deliver consistent results and meet premium generation targets Client Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Product Knowledge Maintain a comprehensive understanding of general insurance products and services Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments Experience Minimum of 5 years in general insurance specifically motor insurance sales Proven track record in agency channel sales with experience managing a portfolio of 10-100 crore premiums per month Skills Strong team management and leadership abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and goal-oriented mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
