Overview As a Salesforce Life Science Cloud engineer you are responsible for designing developing and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce Life Science Cloud platform Need to work closely with product managers and business partners to understand requirements and deliver scalable high-quality solutions The role involves both front-end and back-end development including Apex Lightning Web Components and integrations You need to ensure system performance security and compliance while staying updated with the latest Salesforce advancements This position is crucial for creating and optimizing user experiences on the platform What you will do Solution Design Design and develop scalable Salesforce Life Science Cloud solutions to meet business requirements Solution Estimation - Actively Participate in Story Estimation PI Sessions help mentor teammates in need Implementation Lead the implementation of Salesforce Life Science Cloud projects ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery Customization Customize Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components including technical component like Platform events and Omni Studio Integration Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications over API Manual Automated Testing Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions DevOps Work closely with the team for deployment and integration activities Technical Support Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Life Science Cloud issues Should demonstrate ability on critical major issue resolution as per need Need to do code review Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Life Science Cloud implementations Security Management Ensure the security and compliance of Salesforce Life Science Cloud solutions Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides Team Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business analysts Continuous Learning Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and advancements and apply this knowledge to improve solution What you should have Bachelor s degree in computer science information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute Required Experience and Skills 9 years of relevant experience in IT Implementation and managing large scale project delivery 5 years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem preferably with a focus on Salesforce Life Science Health Cloud Proven track record of successful salesforce implementation integration over API configurations Customization Proficient in Apex with experience in writing triggers Lightning Components LWC Flow Platform Events and Omni Studio Good understanding of salesforce data models and best practices Proficiency with Visualforce LWR Aura Experience Cloud SLDS Einstein and MuleSoft is considered advantageous Proficient in Salesforce Security Sharing Rule Permission Set Trigger OLS FLS OWD and Profiles Experience in Salesforce Life Science Cloud Health Cloud applications Experience with DevOps Tools and Automated Testing Frameworks Salesforce Health Cloud Omni Studio certification is preferable Ability to lead on major PoC or Prototype build sustaining critical IT demands Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective solutions Having knowledge on UI UX is nice to have Should have strong exposure in Type Script and Java Script etc Pharma domain experience is nice to have Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
