Job Category Construction Planning Design Delivery About Business Adani Group Adani Group is a diversified organisation in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies It has created a world-class logistics and utility infrastructure portfolio that has a pan-India presence Adani Group is headquartered in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat India Over the years Adani Group has positioned itself to be the market leader in its logistics and energy businesses focusing on large-scale infrastructure development in India with O M practices benchmarked to global standards With four IG-rated businesses it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India Adani Realty Adani Realty is the real estate arm of one of India s leading infrastructure and development entities - Adani Group With resolute commitment to Nation Building and Growth with Goodness we are developing real estate projects in the most promising destinations integrating design aesthetics with cutting-edge construction technology Job Purpose The Incharge - Architecture Services is responsible for the architectural design and coordination across multiple projects within the cluster The role ensures that design construction and marketing objectives are met through effective communication design reviews and coordination with various teams including MEP sales and external consultants This position plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of architectural activities contributing to project execution quality assurance and alignment with business goals Responsibilities Project Coordination Oversight Oversee architectural deliverables for multiple projects within the cluster ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall project objectives Facilitate seamless integration of MEP structural and design teams ensuring that project plans are executed in compliance with design specifications Coordinate with internal teams to review project timelines resolve issues and ensure resources are effectively allocated across multiple projects Design Review Approval Lead the review and approval process of architectural designs including parking layouts agreement plans and other critical design elements Provide constructive feedback and ensure corrections are integrated into final design documents Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes regulations and project-specific requirements Marketing Sales Support Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to contribute to the development of high-quality sales brochures and marketing materials Provide input to define key architectural features of the projects ensuring alignment with the sales team s objectives Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative marketing collateral that showcases the project s design elements emphasizing functionality and aesthetic appeal Site Coordination Execution Support site-level coordination ensuring the architecture is executed as per the approved design and resolve any on-site challenges related to architectural implementation Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure architectural quality and design consistency Maintain continuous communication with site teams to address any discrepancies or design-related issues promptly Stakeholder Engagement Review Meetings Participate in review meetings with internal departments e g MEP construction sales to ensure smooth project progression Act as a liaison between design teams consultants and internal stakeholders ensuring timely inputs and feedback are shared and acted upon Share updates on project status addressing any concerns raised by other departments or external consultants Quality Compliance Management Monitor the implementation of quality standards and ensure that designs adhere to all legal safety and regulatory requirements Contribute to maintaining design quality control by reviewing design modifications and ensuring compliance with project specifications Key Stakeholders - Internal Key Stakeholders - Internal Costing Team Design Team HR Liaison Team Sales and Marketing Team Project Team Business Development Legal Key Stakeholders - External Vendors Consultants Qualifications Educational Qualification Education Qualification Bachelor s in Architecture B Arch Work Experience Range of years 10-12 Years Preferred Industry Experience in architectural design and project coordination with a minimum of 5 years managing multiple residential or mixed-use development projects Skilled in collaborating with MEP structural landscape and design teams to resolve on-site challenges and implement design modifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling BIM and a strong understanding of certification processes including IGBC
