Job Title Senior Production Coordinator Sales to Production Location Bhiwandi Department Production Operations Reports To Production Head Operations Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Production Coordinator to act as the key liaison between the Sales Team and Production Team The ideal candidate will ensure that customer orders are translated accurately into production plans and executed efficiently meeting quality and delivery expectations This role requires strong coordination attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Coordinate production requirements based on sales orders ensuring feasibility with current capacity and timelines Liaise daily with the sales team to understand customer needs specifications and deadlines Create and manage production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and order pipelines Issue work orders BOMs Bill of Materials and production instructions as per sales requirements Monitor the status of ongoing jobs and ensure timely updates to the sales and operations team Identify and flag production delays or quality concerns proactively and work on resolutions Maintain clear documentation of production timelines changes and approval processes Follow up with inventory purchase and quality teams to ensure raw material availability and compliance Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation based on sales demand Generate production reports and performance metrics for senior management Ensure smooth post-production dispatch coordination with logistics as per client expectations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Production Operations Management Business or related field 5 years of experience in a production coordination or operations role preferably in manufacturing jewelry or FMCG industries Strong understanding of production workflows and sales-to-delivery processes Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems and production tracking tools Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving organizational and follow-up skills Preferred Skills Experience in handling B2B and B2C orders Knowledge of lean manufacturing or just-in-time production processes Exposure to working with cross-functional teams Sales Design Purchase Quality etc Work Environment Full-time on-site position May require occasional extended hours to meet urgent production deadlines Fast-paced and collaborative team environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
