Role Summary

- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible for managing and developing wealth partnerships to generate life insurance (LI) business.
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive consistent growth.
- Develop and execute sales and account management strategies.
- Analyze industry trends and recommend strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans and tactical initiatives.

Organizational Relationships

- Reports To: Vice President
- Supervises: Individual Contributor Role

Job Dimensions

- Geographic Area Covered: PAN India
- Internal Stakeholders: Sales Distribution Teams, Marketing, Accounts, Product, CPC, Operations
- External Stakeholders: Wealth Partnerships

- Achieve sales targets as per business plan.
- Ensure policy persistency in line with company benchmarks.

2. Relationship Management

- Maintain zero escalation policy through strong partner engagement.
- Ensure top-of-mind recall and business commitment from partners.

- 100% adherence to internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards.

4. MIS & Market Intelligence

- Provide timely market insights including wallet share data of partnerships.
- Offer feedback for product and business strategy alignment.
