About the Role We are looking for an experienced and innovative Training Course Content Developer for SAP to design develop and maintain training materials and courses for SAP users across the organization This role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts and end-users from all business units in AMETEK to create engaging and effective training content that enhances the skills and knowledge of SAP users Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop training courses e-learning modules instructor-led trainings and self-paced materials for SAP applications and modules on LMS Platform Create user guides presentations videos and assessments tailored to different SAP modules e g SAP S 4HANA SAP Fiori SAP MM SAP SD SAP ABAP Work closely with SAP subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand their training needs and ensure content is aligned with the latest SAP functionalities and best practices Collect feedback from trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary Maintain organized records of all training materials course completion reports and feedback for future reference and audits Maintain organized records of all training materials course completion reports and feedback for future reference and audits Develop and adapt training materials in multiple languages to support global teams and ensure consistency and accuracy across different regions Candidate Requirement Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training content development in the SAP ecosystem Strong experience with SAP applications and modules e g SAP S 4HANA SAP Fiori SAP MM SAP SD Required Skills Ability to design training materials that are clear concise and user-friendly Knowledge of e-learning principles Skill on creating engaging and instructional content for diverse audiences Proven ability to create engaging and instructional content for diverse audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in delivering training sessions both in-person and virtually as well as collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders Qualification Bachelor s degree required master s degree preferred in Education Instructional Design Computer Science Business Administration or a related field AMETEK Inc is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over 7 0 billion AMETEK is committed to making a safer sustainable and more productive world a reality We use differentiated technology solutions to solve our customers most complex challenges We employ 21 000 colleagues in 35 countries that are grounded by our core values Ethics and Integrity Respect for the Individual Inclusion Teamwork and Social Responsibility AMETEK NYSE AME is a component of the S P 500 Visit www ametek com for more information
