Career Opportunity with Burckhardt CompressionWe are seeking motivated and experienced professional who can effectively contribute to the role deliverables connected with position below In this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as Position Project Lead DesignLocation PuneYour contributions to organisation s growth Delivering the design solutions for bare block reciprocating compressors Selection of suitable materials for compressor parts based on its application Proficiently using the 3D modelling software UGNX with Teamcenter as PLM Prepare designs and drawings with CAD UGNX Ensure that the design engineers construct the design as per guidelines from CAD handbooks Extensive use international standards sample drawings calculation templates and Burckhardt compression s design guidelines Managing technical aspects of product and maintaining part lists material masters with help of SAP Complete custodian of compressor design related activities from receipt of order till the bare block compressor design is delivered Taking part in Order Transfer meeting for effective order hand over from sales to design department Verification of technical details of order received with sales quality projects and purchase teams Interaction with the teams like sizing SAP planning quality assurance purchase and production during execution of the project Prepare Part Assembly drawings and to ensure that the correctness of material master To prepare detailed drawings the project leader also has design engineer team as a support Responsible for providing qualitative output like engineering drawings designs and specifications The output quality and adherence to deadlines will be a part of KPI Calculate and interpret the machine parts according to Norm- calculation guidelines AD-leaflet PED calculations and internal design standard Participation in small teams to reduce cost design optimization and new development There is also possibility to work in power user team for the NX program Propose suggestions for cost reduction of single parts modules or even assembly units Provide suggestions to improve quality optimise the lead time and the efforts for the preparation of engineering drawings Personal contribution for continuous improvements Working on standards and improvement related projects Design and development of casting components Proactive error identification and resolution for receiving defect free cast components Expertise you have to bring in along with Graduate in Mechanical engineering 3 to 6 years of industrial experience Experience in project management Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP Siemens UGNX experience Application of common tools in the office package Word Excel and PowerPoint We Offer We have a very free culture inspiring employees to involve in various activities of their interests Our flexible working models will allow you to combine private interests with work Employee Connect Engagement events and feedback culture enhances our reach and gives us an opportunity to continuously improve Performance and appreciation awards Sports activities and Klib Library to energize you We proudly do encourage diversity and inclusion in thoughts and in spirit A winner of GreenCo Gold and other various ISO certifications we encourage you to inhibit the same to contribute in a much greener tomorrow We do aspire to be Great Place to Work soon to provide you an enticing career with us HR TeamBurckhardt Compression India
