Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 5+ years in storage engineering or similar technical roles involvingSAN/NAS technologies,storage array management, andincident management.
- Expertise inNetApp 7-mode and C-mode systems.
- Proficiency in NetApp provisioning andSnapMirror replication for CIFS and NFS.
- Experience in patch and firmware updates onNetApp clusters.
- Familiarity with EMC SAN products (e.g., VMAX, VPLEX, XIO, PowerStore).
- Intermediate-level proficiency inPython scriptingfor automation tasks.
- Exposure to Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches for storage area network configurations.
- Proficiency in EMC Symmetrix CLI (Solutions Enabler) and EMC Unisphere.
- Exposure to EMC Replication technologies (e.g., SRDF in all flavors).
- Hands-on experience in managing VNX, NetApp, VMAX, VPLEX, and XIO errors and hardware failures.
- Extensive experience troubleshootingLevel 3 issuesinSANandNASenvironments

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Certifications related to NetApp (e.g., NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE)).
- Certifications in EMC or Dell storage technologies
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification
