Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure product excellence.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and practices.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality management or assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
