Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and submit quality improvement data in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings to ensure precision and effectiveness.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, policies, procedures, and proper document control of forms and formats.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to implement and monitor quality standards across the organization.
  • Support organizational-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline along with an MBA or MHA or equivalent qualification.
  • Three to four years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
