Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Surat. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all products manufactured at the facility. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits, managing quality assurance staff, ensuring compliance with WHO GMP standards, and addressing any quality issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with other departments to uphold the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control processes and implementing quality standards
  • Knowledge of conducting inspections, audits, and managing quality assurance staff
  • Familiarity with WHO GMP standards and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is preferred
