Role & responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Understanding of cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to follow and enforce quality protocols in warehouse operations.
  • Batch & Sample Management
  • Batch stock verification and physical inspection.
  • Control sample handling and monitoring.
  • Returned goods verification.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Liaising effectively with Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) for sample requisitions and issue resolution.
  • Clear documentation and reporting of quality deviations.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Identifying quality issues quickly and escalating appropriately.
  • Decision-making on batch disposal actions (Quarantine, Hold, Release).
  • Operational & Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes and storage condition compliance.
  • Knowledge of QC testing parameters (tablet hardness, appearance, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ensuring accuracy in verification, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Adaptability & Reliability
  • Ability to take additional tasks as assigned by CQA or management.
  • Quick learner and proactive in adopting new processes.
