About The Role As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll lead and deliver impactful software projects that create measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring every project stays on track - from planning to execution - while fostering agility, ownership, and clarity. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects in alignment with business goals - Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration - Partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless execution - Maintain regular client interactions to manage requirements, expectations, and updates - Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies - Guide and support teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environment What We’re Looking For: - 7–10 years of experience in IT/Software Project Management - Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies - Experience in managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain - Hands-on with tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent project management platforms - Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure Preferred Qualifications - Experience in product delivery and SaaS environments - PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification - Exposure to cloud-based and enterprise-level software solutions Why Work With Us At ACT21, you’ll find an environment that values ownership, agility, and innovation.
