The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of PEGA architecture and application behavior. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day support for Pega applications, including incident resolution and service request fulfillment. - Monitor application performance and system health using tools like PDC, logs. - Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to case flows, rule execution, integrations, and UI behavior. - Collaborate with Development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions in the knowledge base. - Assist in deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-release monitoring. - Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. - Ensure compliance with SLAs, security policies, and audit requirements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users to provide timely updates and solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum 2 + years of experience in PEGA support. • PEGA CSA Certification. • Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture, case management, and rule resolution. • Experience in troubleshooting PEGA applications, logs, and performance issues. • Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
