Job Title: Senior PEGA Developer (Kafka & Java)

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days only

Job Description-
We are hiring a Senior PEGA Developer with solid experience in PEGA PRPC, and working knowledge of Kafka and Java. The role will focus on developing and supporting PEGA applications, building integrations, and ensuring smooth delivery of business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the PEGA platform.
- Build and support Kafka integrations for real-time data streaming.
- Develop and maintain Java components required for integrations or utilities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 production support.
- Work with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Apply PEGA best practices in design, coding, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Experience-
- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA application development
- Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC concepts: case management, flows, activities, agents, integrations.
- PEGA CSSA certification is minimum.
- Practical experience with Kafka (topics, producers, consumers).
- Good knowledge of Java (basic development, debugging, integration).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
