Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and industry trends, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase company products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance the company's reputation and expand its reach.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques to recommend innovative strategies.
- Support the development of branding and positioning strategies to strengthen the company's presence in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented attitude with a drive to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is beneficial but not mandatory.
