CAREDATA Infomatics a leading healthcare technology organization that offers solutions to enhance patient care and optimize clinical processes in laboratories and hospitals We provide a robust platform on cloud to digitally capture patient data securely The use of cutting-edge technology helps improve patient treatment outcomes and enables better analytic insights The products designed by CAREDATA are well-positioned to process a wide range of samples from over 20 000 samples per day in bigger laboratories to less than 50 samples per day in smaller laboratories CAREDATAs innovative cloud-based IT products are the result of the teams rich experience of over 2 decades in IT and specifically in the healthcare IT domain The products not only address the laboratories current needs and pain areas but also offer unmatched power and flexibility of cloud computing and scalability for multi-center and multi-device operations and real-time control and monitoring of lab as well as hospital devices from a remote center Handling outbound calls Generate and develop qualified leads and also give product demos to the client Fixing appointment with generated leads for a demo discussion and also actively followup Inbound call handling in response to online enquiries and other marketing activities Working with the database lead sheets to develop prospects into qualified leads Liaising with marketing department to assist in event follow-up and mail campaigns Developing and maintaining the required knowledge about the company and its Services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities Identify past prospects due for the follow up calls Undertaking market research as required identifying new organisations and markets for the team to target Overall coordination with team in sales marketing activities Candidate requirements Excellent communication skills Computer literate and experience in database navigation web browsing Knowledge of the Healthcare IT industry Mature attitude with a capability to explain healthcare products and services Confident self-motivated friendly personality Experience details - Minimum Three Year relevant experience
