Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Process Associate based in Coimbatore. The Process Associate will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing business processes, supporting customer service efforts, performing analysis to solve operational challenges, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflows. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving operational efficiency across business functions. Qualifications - Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, solving problems, and optimizing processes. - Customer service skills to deliver outstanding support and build long-lasting client relationships. - Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively within teams and to customers. - Knowledge or experience in finance and business process outsourcing (BPO) operations. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment. - Proven organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple tasks efficiently. - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is a plus. - Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.
