Experience: Minimum 2 years Inside Sales in INTERIOR DESIGN industry.

Role Type: Individual Contributor (No Team Handling)

Industry Preference: Interior Design, Real Estate.

About the Role:

InEazy is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Whitefield, Bangalore. If you're someone with a strong track record inside sales, a passion for customer experience and the drive to close deals, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate high-quality leads.
- Understand customer needs, address queries, and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline with strong relationships.
- Take ownership of the customer experience from the first interaction.
- Collaborate with our talented team of interior designers to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and seize upselling opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain detailed records in Zoho CRM.
- Meet personal and team KPIs – both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strategize to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.
- Own the sales funnel and drive closures.
- Focus on revenue growth and exceptional customer relationships.
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.

What We're Looking For:

- Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in INTERIOR DESIGN INDUSTRY.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and active listening skills.
- Background in Interior Design, Real Estate.
