Purpose of the Job - Responsible for the implementation of marketing activities locally in India by ensuring that materials (brochures, webinars, relevant local content) are developed and ensuring that planned activities (i.e. in-house seminars / trade shows) are conducted successfully. - Support with business development activities, including strengthening Nouryon's commercial relationships with customers - Serve as an independent voice for the customers, provide inputs for market trends and product development. About the job (Job Responsibilities) - Support the development of marketing materials by collaborating with technical and sales colleagues. - Support business development activities in India, including developing commercial relationship developments with customer. - Support with market intelligence activities including analytics on local market conditions and competitors when required. - Responsible for the planning and execution of trade show and in- house customer seminars. - Serves as an independent voice for customer's needs and provide inputs for new product development activities. We believe you bring (Education & Experience) - Degree with an ability to understand Agrochemicals/ Chemical or food background. - Graduate or 2-4 years' experience. - Effective collaborative/ listening skills. - Ability to think independently vs just doing what you are being told. - Good communication skills. - Must be fluent in English with good analytic skills.
