Job Description Location: Noida Experience: Minimum 2 years in Tender Management Salary Range: 15,00040,000/month About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Proposal & Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tender processes for our software and IT solutions, particularly those related to Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, preparing professional proposals, ensuring complete documentation, and managing submissions within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and track relevant government and enterprise tenders. - Prepare proposals, bid documents, and supporting materials. - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams for input and pricing. - Submit at least 2 tenders or proposals per month. - Maintain compliance with all tender requirements and timelines. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in government or institutional tendering. - Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial understanding. - Knowledge of EV, transport, or mobility sector is a plus.
